Because customer service is a top priority for us, we utilize the most reliable carrier in the shipping industry: the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail® which averages 2 day delivery to most locations. This ensures that your package gets to you in the shortest time possible.
Shipping charges are calculated based on actual shipping rates provided by the USPS®. Rates are calculated in realtime based on the combined package weight of your order and the origination and destination zip codes. Regardless of weight, your shipping will rarely exceed $13.95USD and averages $5.15USD to most destinations in the continental United States.
Orders placed before 2:00PM PST are shipped same day unless you selected to remit payment via check or money order in which case we will hold your order until your check or money order clears. Orders placed after 2:00PM PST ship first thing the following morning every day of the week except Saturday and Sunday.
Order tracking is provided free of charge with every order placed. You will receive an additional email after checkout containing your delivery confirmation tracking information along with a link to the tracking page for the USPS service.
Lost / Stolen Package
Stonefire Arms provides a tracking number upon order processing. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email or call us. If the lost package is a result from a mistake on Stonefire Arms, we will replace the lost parts or provide a full refund. If the lost package is the result of the couriers mistake, shipping charges will be refunded by Stonefire Arms. However,the contents of the packages will not be reimbursed unless shipping insurance was requested. If insurance was purchased, the claim must be filed directly with the courier. Stonefire Arms will assist with arrangements for replacement parts and with the claims process as needed.
Shipping to APO
Due to ITAR Regulations, Stonefire Arms, LLC will not ship to APOs outside the USA
While we proudly support the Members of the US Military deployed around the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with all United States export control laws and regulations. Under these laws and regulations a shipment for personal use to an APO/FPO that is physically located outside of the United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military service status, rank, etc.
